As a Customer Success Executive at Marcando, you are the key figure in creating long-term, valuable relationships with our customers. You understand the needs of our customers and help them get the most out of our Marcando platform. Your goal? Flawless customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

🎯 What You'll Do

- Develop and manage effective customer relationship strategies.

- Provide support and guidance when using our platform.

- Analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with the product team to integrate customer feedback.

- Create and maintain a positive, long-term relationship with our customers.

- Organize and lead customer training courses and workshops.

- Monitor customer satisfaction and take action where necessary.

🌱 About You

- Experience as a Customer Success Executive or a similar role in a SaaS environment

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data.

- Proactive, solution-oriented and customer-oriented.

- Fluent in Dutch, French is a (big) plus.

- Team player with a positive attitude and drive to learn and grow.
